With the help of a grant from the Iowa Grocery Industry Association and the Build with Bags Program the Admiral Trail was able to install 5 new benches made from recycled plastic bags. This included a letter of support from Aaron O'Brien, Grocery Manger from the Shenandoah Fareway, which made it all possible.
A small but hard working group of volunteers from both the Admiral Trail Committee and the Farragut Hometown Pride Committee were able to install the benches in a couple of days. You can find the benches at Jackson Street, 1/4 mile west of the Manti Road, 2 benches are at Bridge 1, and the last one is at 390th Ave.
